Windows 10: I need to access an account, I no longer have access to this accounts email and I cant...

HI, first off I would just like to say how **** your support system is. After 20 minutes of trying to reach an actual person I got no where.


My issue is I need to access my fathers account so I can change the email so we can access it. Now Ive gotten into an account with this issue before. However on this account it is requesting that I change the password before I even enter the account, I cannot change the password because I cannot access that email for the security code which would normally be sent to me. I cant get past this and I cant find a work around. I have another email and password set up for when i get in and change the information but nowhere I go is giving me help on how to pass this and god forbid I speak to an actual support consultant.


Please help We need this account for our xbox and it is the main account for the xbox.

Unauthorized Emails from my account?

It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.

 

email account hacked. please help

I have a yahoo email account that seems to be hacked. Following are hacking activities I have noticed.

1) Spam emails being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.
2) Recent emails in inbox are missing
3) New emails in deleted mails folder

I have reset passwords for both my email account and recovery email account and also re-installed my mac but still spam emails are being sent from my account to my account and my recovery email account.

My mac was not even turned on when those emails were being sent. No one else knows my password. I do access mail from my iphone and ipad too.

Its my primary email account please help.

No longer have access to admin email account

We understand your concern as you are looking for an option to access the Microsoft admin account but you don’t have access to the associate Microsoft email account
that the admin was set up with.



When you say "I no longer have access to the email account that the admin was set up with" are you not able to login to Windows PC and does the PC has any other admin user account.



However, this is to inform you that due to security policy, if you don’t have access to the email account that you used to setup the Microsoft admin user account, then unfortunately you won’t be able to access the user account unless
you remember the password/pin you have setup.



If you don’t remember the password of the email account, then you can reset the password on
Reset your password



If you still have issues in recovering the account, then we would suggest you to fill the
ACSR form for recovering the account
