    Charging my account for a cancelled subscription


    Microsoft keeps trying to charge my account for a PC game passbeta subscription I cancelled months ago, and today they charged my account again but this time it went through and is pending. I want a refund and for you to stop charging my account for something i cancelled 4 months ago.

    i just tried to cancel it again but it says it cant because the product has already been payed for, please stop charging me and give me a refund.

    cancelling my nokia music + subscription

    Welcome to the Nokia Support Discussions!

    To unsubscribe your subscription, follow these steps:

    On your phone, open Nokia Music, select settings and sign in to your Nokia account.

    Tap Nokia Music+ > cancel subscription > tap Yes to confirm the cancellation.

    On your PC, open Nokia Music at
    http://music.nokia.com     and sign in to your Nokia account.

    Click your account name on the right top corner > select cancel subscription > tap OK to confirm the cancellation.

    You can to go

    Sign in to your Microsoft account

    and log in with your account. You should be able to cancel any subscriptions from Microsoft there.

    At the bottom of the page there is a "contact us" button if you have issues with cancelling the subscriptions.
