Windows 10: Youtube blocking malfunction wen specific movie only is allowed @Only allow these websites=ON

I found a critical problem in web browsing control using EDGE Chromium

When allowed specific movie example below in youtube and child open it, from the opened window hi have access to all youtube contains w/o any limitation like all youtube is allowed.


The web browsing configured as "Only allow these websites"

So when I allow link like "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sI1oGHjO24&feature=youtu.be",

the shorten or different URL even opened from or showed in allowed one MUST BE BLOCKED with ask permission instead of!


Please advise how to give the child access to allowed only content.

Query about allowing or blocking specific websites in family safety

Yes, once you unblock a website, your child will be able to access that particular website without any restrictions. You need to block it back, if your child don't want to access it.

There's a lot of great things to learn about on the Internet, but also lots of things you don't want your kids to stumble on. Turn on web browsing limits if you want to block sites that provide adult content, or to allow or block individual websites or webpages
by using their web addresses or URLs. For young children, you can set up web browsing limits so they can only visit a small number of sites that you specifically allowed.

To set up web browsing limits

• 
  Sign in to
  family on the Microsoft account website.
  
• 
  Select the child you want to turn on web browsing limits for.
  
• 
  Select Web browsing, and switch Block inappropriate websites from
  Off to On.
  
  Now, adult content is blocked and SafeSearch is on when your child uses the most common search engines.
  
• 
  If you want your child to only see websites you've explicitly allowed, check the box next to
  Only see websites on the allowed list.
  

To allow or block specific websites

• 
  Sign in to
  family on the Microsoft account website.
  
• 
  Select the child you want to turn on web browsing limits for.
  
• 
  Select Web browsing.
  
• 
  To add a site to their allow list, go to Always allow these and enter the
  URL of a website you want to allow.
  
• 
  To add a site to their block list, go to Always block these and enter the
  URL of a website you want to block.

What is the browser you are working on?

Internet Explorer provides many different ways to control the cookies that are stored on your computer. You can block or allow cookies or you can choose the specific sites that you'll accept cookies from. When you make these sorts of changes, the cookies
that are already stored on your computer will not be affected. For that reason, you might want to delete the cookies already stored on your computer before following the steps below:

Block or allow cookies from specific websites

• 
  Open Internet Explorer. Click on the gear icon on the top right hand corner.
  
• 
  Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
  
• 
  Click the Privacy tab, and then move the slider to a position between the top and bottom so you are not blocking or allowing all cookies.
  
• 
  Click Sites.
  
• 
  In the Address of website box, type a website address, and then click
  Block or Allow.
  
  As you type, a list of webpages that you have already visited will be displayed. You can click an item in the list and it will be displayed in the
  Address of website box.
  
• 
  Repeat step 5 for each website you want to block or allow. When you are finished, click
  OK.

  Move the slider back to the position it was originally in, and then click
  OK.
