Windows 10: Windows 10 Hibernate suspend or sleep user when use other user.

How to hibernate or sleep, suspend user1 don't close programs and other applications then use other windows user2.

And user1 won't use CPU and Memory, when I am using user 2.

Is it really?

I beg to differ. Hibernation is for whatever situation hibernation is needed for, be it on a desktop or a laptop. For instance, desktop users who suffer from frequent blackouts would rather opt for hibernation instead of sleeping.

AFAIK, Sleep and Hibernate functions don't alter critical system files, so I don't think any permanent damage should occur. Worst I've seen are devices failing to wakeup properly, and that's easily fixed with a simple restart (or, in some cases, unpluging and repluging the device or restarting related services.)

Don't be afraid, Microsoft called me an expert in Windows internals.

In fact Windows suspends its work both during suspend and hibernation, it will resume work exactly from the point before sleep or hibernation. There are different names in power saving state, yes. But for current work, e.g. Word editing or Excel calculation
both states are suspending, one may continue his work as there were neither sleep nor hibernation.
