Windows 10: Windows does not search or update using Local Group Policy

Friends, good afternoon.

I am unable to program my Windows 10 and my sister's Windows 7 to check for updates and install them using gpedit.msc.

I'm doing the following path: CMD: gpedit.msc -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Windows Update.

I enable the options: Configure Automatic Updates, Automatic Updates Detection Frequency and Always Automatically restart at the scheduled time.

After modifications, access the prompt as administrator and execute: gpupdate / force

Even following these steps, the procedure does not work.

Am I doing something wrong?

Is there a way to backup and restore all local and group policies entered in Windows 10?

Is there a way to share local and group policy settings in Windows 10?

I searched for Powershell scripts that can be used to change local and group policies but could not find any .ps1 scripts.

What programming language can be used to change local and group policies in Windows 10 so that it would be easier to customize new installations?

Which got me piddling around with the whole group/ user policy crap
I have found to get rid of the silly lock screen at startup *Party
Did think I got rid of some of the annoying web search from the search but seems the new version does not apply to the new search box :/

Do not search the internet is enabled but does not effect the suggestions being plastered on the search although this version does not default to a Bing search page as other prior versions,
I can not figure out which is the suggestions for web search *Tongue

Coming from 7 home premium that did not have group policy I find most of this group policy stuff really a weird tour
