    earlier today i was playing a game on my pc. then the game completely froze and was making a loud buzzing noise. I waited a bit until I realized that it wasn’t going to change so i turned the pc off using the power button. now every time i turn the pc on it takes me to the blue screen and won’t fix itself. i tried to reset my computer, if errors out or says i can’t. I tried rebooting to an older version but it doesn’t let me do that either. i tried doing commands on the command prompt but yet again it errors. anyone know how to fix this?
