Windows 10: May I request Windows 10 Product Key from my old Windows 7 Home Prem OA that is Fujitsu OEM ?

I use Laptop Fujitsu that include OS OEM Windows 7 Home Prem OA.

Now I change the new HDD and I loss Fujitsu recovery CD disc.

I new intall Windows 10 already, in process Activate

I try use Product Key that show on the label button of my Laptop.

But It false.

Any Idea ?

I seeking Whom Microsoft staff that can help provide solution to Request Product Key Activate from my old Product Key.

Windows 7 OEM key

Hope this is not against the rules. If you do a clean install of Windows 10, it may, (has for me) accept a Win 7 OEM key and activate.

You cannot activate a retail version of Windows with an OEM key.
The retail version should have it's own activation key.
If you just borrowed the Win DVD from someone who is using the key, that won't work with your OEM (OA) key.

It does work in Vista and 7, just not in XP.

Have you looked on the ASUS website to see if you can re-download the driver/diag disk, or at least everything you need to make one?

Ive installed windows 7 using retail disk but with an oem key it worked fine you can always change the key from right clicking my computer-properties then selecting change product key
