    Windows Mail - Sent Items Disappearing - Gmail Accounts Affected - Microsoft Parming Me Off


    Since the 2004 update, all I've had is problem after problem with windows mail app. mostly with the sent mail box not syncing with my account or sending sent mail to the span box. this issue only occurs on the mail app, not google or outlook. this has been the issue with many people since the update and im quite annoyed that Microsoft has done nothing to resolve. I have spoken to Microsoft support several times and have been consistently parmed off or said that it is a problem with my email provider. Microsoft you are my provider for one of my accounts! I have tried all troubleshooting methods with them even reinstall my operating system and the issue is still there. To me, that clearly shows its something wrong with app and Microsoft don't want to own up to it. If anyone has any suggestion to fix this issue please tell mo but I do doubt this issue can't be resolved because to me it seems like a software issue which only Microsoft can resolve.

    I do hope Microsoft see this and relies upon how much of the community that trusted them are now disappointed and feel let down. This is not is what to be expected with such trust and hugely used operating system.

    Sent items in Windows 10

    I have had the same issue with sent items since moving to Windows 10. When I send an e-mail using the Win 10 built in application on my PC, the e-mail briefly appears in sent items, then disappears. It is also listed in all mail along with all my notifications
    etc

    I am using my Gmail account and the e-mail appears there (in sent items) .

    So, some questions:-

    So, is the Sent Mail folder like the Outbox in Outlook? Stuff is only there while being sent or if there is a issue with sending?

    If I get a reply to the e-mail it appears in my Gmail account (in Win 10 and Gmail)

    Where is the "sent" e-mail stored after it is sent but before it gets replied to? It is there somewhere since I can see it I All Mail

    If I click All Mail, how do I know which folder any particular e-mail is stored in?

    Hi Everybody. Am using my Gmail Account in Both my Laptop Browser and also in my Windows Mail. The Problem is, When i send a mail from my mobile means, the sent items are showing for one day. The Next Day automatically it disappears in my mobile. Meanwhile,
    when i see my sent items in my Browser, i couldn't see any sent items. Am facing this problem fa six months. If anybody have a solution means plz reply me. Thanks in advance...

    No one else is getting anyone's mail because of this... It is NOT a bug.
    It is intentional. All those addresses belong to you, no matter where the dot.
