Code: 0x80072F30 Microsoft store not connecting to internet

I keep facing the issue that the microsoft store claims not to be able to connect to the internet.

Überprüfen Sie Ihre Verbindung. Der Microsoft Store muss Online sein. Anscheinend besteht keine Internetverbindung. .....

Its nonsense. The Laptop is connected to the internet fine - everything is working fine - except Microsoft store. I'm located in Germany, connected via Fritzbox

I've tried all suggested remedies ... nothing works...

Also when I check the network connections it claims not to have any - yet all email, browsers etc are working fine...

Help. can't connect to the internet but my browser is working and the microsoft store is also... :(((
