Windows 10: Memory_management BSOD

I have tried a million times to fix this problem and we even took it to a shop. Mind you this shop is decent and they tend to know what they are doing it was not best buy but a local shop. This error occurs when we attempt to launch a game or during random downloads. When we brought it to the shop we bought a new hardrive because we were told it was faulty along with reinstalling windows 10. Our ram devices are in slot 2 and 4 which should be correct. This is a new built pc with nothing installes software wise except for ICUE, steam, nividia, razer synapse.

Well sorry to tell you but display driver still crashes when launching a game.
so uhh

It could be because it's an upgrade from w7 and not a clean install, which I'll try tomorrow, but still.
