  1. Sound being changing from being to normal to being very quiet.

My HP Laptop which is running the latest version of windows with update 2004, has a problem with its speakers and headphones. When the sound is set to 30 or really any value it will switch between sounding very low and quiet and being louder. This is usually an instant switch it will sometimes always be very quiet and then when the PC is restarted or shutdown then booted up the sound level will return to normal. Then it will go back to being very quiet.I think this may be an issue with the hp audio driver. This also has B&O audio as well.

  2. Headset being detected only after unplugging it. Microphone being quiet

The headset that I use is frequently not detected by Windows 10. When this happens, if I unplug the headset, Windows 10 suddenly detects the headset despite it not being plugged in. I can plug it back in to use the headset, but the microphone becomes really
quiet and it seems by random chance that it'll be fully functional again. I've tried reinstalling the drivers but nothing changes as well as restarting Windows 10.

Prevent language from automatically being changed

    • Microsoft account
    • Yes. Windows downloads updates automatically anyway because it gets updated daily, due to Insiders Program.
How is the SFC scan related to preventing from the language to automatically being changed, if this behavior occurs by default?

WIN10 Upgrade for Normal Human Beings

My "Get Windows 10" Icon says "... Wait for Notification". Sounds good to me. I'm not a computer 'Geek' and would appreciate a Simple, Easily Understood, Upgrade Process from Microsoft for Normal Human Beings. What can I anticipate/expect from Microsoft?
