Windows 10: VPN

Hi


I purchased a new laptop a few days ago and I seem to have an issue with connecting to VPN. I can connect to the same VPN from other computers. I went through all the advice that I found online but nothing seems to work.


There are no available windows updates.


I also have PING spikes when connected to wifi. I am not sure whether this is related.
