Windows 10: [SOLVED] cumulative updates not available through Windows update or from catalog.update

I upgraded from Windows 10 1903 to Windows 10 2004 by mounting a 2004 ISO that I downloaded a month and a half ago by means of the official Microsoft tool for that purpose, when 2004 was first released. I declined updates during the upgrade.

Now Windows updates says "Error encountered" and the history is blank. I tried to download the cumulative update manually by browsing in Chromium Edge tohttps://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/ but the page is unavailable.

Are Windows updates down right now?

I am in Israel.

I think today's windows update(stable channel) solves d issue

Cumulative Update KB4020102 Windows 10 v1703 Build 15063.332

• Addressed issue where, after installing the Creators Update, audio output through external decoders no longer works.

Maybe it is fixed. I just updated to 15063.332. when I click on test a sound, no error .

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.
