Windows 10: Can't install State of Decay 2 on PC error 0x80070003

I already reinstalled the game many times, and still got the same problem, any suggestions?

Code: 0x80070003 on State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition

I have to start that I absolutely hate microsoft store. It takes forever to download games. I waited 2 days for Gears of War 4 to download. Now it craps out with Code: 0x80070003 when I try to install State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition. I tried all the
fixes that I could find on the web related to Code: 0x80070003. I tried installing it 7 times with the same maddening result after so called "fixes". It's 2020 and $#it is as bad as it was years ago.

 

State of Decay 2 game install gets stuck at 70% "installing" or "Downloading".

3. Which security software is installed on the PC?
   
4. Does the issue occur in a different user account?
   
5. What is the free space available on the PC?
   

However, let us try these methods one by one to check if that helps.

Method A: The antivirus program or security software might be interfering with the Store, try disabling it 'temporarily' to see if that helps.

Note: Enable security software after the troubleshooting so that the PC is safe and secure.

You may also want to download this game directly from the browser to check if that helps.

State of Decay 2 Windows 10 error message when attempting to launch, "This app can't open, Check the Windows Store for more info about State of Decay 2." How do I fix this?
