Windows 10: Microsoft bingo keeps freezing up.

Bingo keeps freezing up. Noticed in chat that everyone seems to be experiencing this.

Bingo Freezes

Does anyone know where I can get help finding out why
Microsoft Bingo keeps freezing when game ends and never pays up? Lose all my bingos, coins, and buttons-to-boot. Anyone? I play Bingo on a laptop with Windows 10, i5intel, Toshiba. Just started this
"game freeze" recently . . . Played without problems last month . . . What could have happened?

Thank you Greg for the info, however I am a computer "dummy" and have looked everywhere and found settings in several places but I can't find Microsoft Bingo or advanced settings. I found where you can uninstall but Microsoft Bingo was not listed??
Can you guide me through the steps? Been playing the game for weeks so it's got to be installed somewhere?? Any other suggestions or am I a hopeless case
