    Windows 10 blue screens

Hi, I built my pc around a year ago but in the last week or so I have been experiencing blue screens and was wondering if someone could help me solve this as i have no idea where to start :s

When the blue screens happen, the screen will quickly load the bios before i have a chance to see an error code and wont reboot windows until i power off and on the pc.

I'm also having trouble finding a dump file? it was set to full memory dump not mini dump, i cant find any folder in windows that i think the dump would have been sent to, it was directed to systemroot>memory, however when i check in c:>windows there is no memory or mini dump folder? I have since set it to minidump in the hopes that will be more fruitful.

Hopefully the next time this happens it will leave a minidump and i will be able to share it. Should I try and change the location of the dump file to my other ssd just in case it is something wrong with that hard drive? I tried this but it wouldn't let me, saying it must be a qualified path

event viewer told me this about the blue screens:

    BugcheckCode340

    BugcheckParameter10xffffc88573e58000

    :)

Windows 10 - Blue Screen / WatchDog Violation

    Hi,

Incompatible drivers can cause the Watchdog Violation blue screen error. We'd like to learn more about your concern so that we can provide the proper resolution. We just have a few questions for you:

    • Which build version of Windows 10 is on your computer? To check, click
      Start
, type winver, and press Enter. For example, 14393.1066.
    • Are you using a third-party antivirus program?
    • Did you make any changes to your computer before this started happening?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

As an initial recommendation, we suggest carefully following the steps suggested

    here
for troubleshooting blue screen errors. That article was specifically created for resolving stop (also called blue screen) errors that happen in Windows 10.

We'll wait for your response and the results of the initial troubleshooting.
