Windows 10: My Windows 10 is need of help.

My Windows 10 install is messed up. I have unwanted registry keys and in quite a lot places for unwanted software- my Windows says to contact my IT Administrator even though I have and admin account. I can't re install because my office is one activated licenseoffice 2019. I rand some software called O&O ShutUp10 and then all the IT admin stuff came. I restored to factory settings and then it also comes up. Please HELP!

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
