Windows 10: Won't let me log in

I purchased an account for windows 19 edition today and tried to log in but after logging in it said I had to buy it first in which I had done already and I even have the order receipt.

  Are you logged in as the administrator?
  

I suggest you to take full ownership of the files\folder and then try deleting.

Follow the steps below:

• Right click on the drive and select properties.
• In the properties window, click on the security tab.
  
• Click on the ‘advanced’ button and check the user name against ‘owner’.
• If a different username is displayed as the username, click change.
  
• Type your current username and click on ‘check names’.
• Click Ok and save changes.
