  1. Can apps be properly isolated from the rest of the system?

So I'm a developer, and I tend to install a lot of garbage and uninstall it later, leaving traces behind every time...

I routinely decide I've installed too much stuff, and I'm not comfortable with the clutter I've created, and since I can't really (or don't want to) think of a way to clean stuff properly, so I just reinstall the whole OS instead

Since I'm getting a new computer soon, I'd like to do things in the cleanest way possible this time.

    Is there any way to:

    - either "isolate" the programs I install, making them self contained in a folder or something like that, and preventing them from writing stuff in AppData etc. Kind of make everything a "portable" app instead.

    - or remove all these traces with certainty

    Thanks!

  3. Windows Hello not working properly

    Hi Jim,

For us to properly isolate the issue with your Windows Hello, we would like to know the following:

    • Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try reinstalling your camera driver to resolve the issue.

We look forward to your response.

I suggest you try out Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10/10vi/Pro. They are superb and isolate noise very well. They retail for around $400 but you can find them on sale from ebay brand new for $150+shipping.
