Windows 10: PC FREEZE ON HEAVY TASKS

My laptop is freezes then gives a bsod when i try to open an heavy task Gaming, coding, 3D design etc.


I got two bsod error.


First one is: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE _ERROR


Second one is: MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION


I read that this errors are most probably from hardware reather than software and mostly caused by CPU overclocking-overheating


But until the freeze i check tempatures and they seem normal about 70 Celcius and i don't overclock my CPU and never did.


i did memtest86 and my memory seems fine.


How can i pinpoint the problem exactly ?

Win 10 Start Menu Freezing with heavy internet use

This issue may occur due to system file is corrupt. Try the below method and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

I would suggest you to go through the powershell and try the steps. Follow the below steps:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
  
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”.
• Type Powershell
• Type the following in the Powershell prompt:
  
  $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  
• Close the Powershell window
• Reboot the system.

pc 'hangs' or freezes randomly

While in use suddenly nothing responds to mouse or keyboard for long minutes, then starts up again ok for a few minutes. Have tried all usual restart/etc. online suggestions without luck.

Have found in Task Manager - Processes - there are listed 4 'Suspended" items, Could they be the culprits causing the 'hang or freeze'.

Can't determine exactly what the suspended are so am hesitant to 'End Task' them.
