    Macrium Reflect Update


    Hello,Each time when Macrium gets an update, I get in the notification area a notice, make first a backup and then open the program and make the update.Today (5-Aug-2020) the notice came up, so after a backup, clicked on the small icon in the notification area and got an 'answer' the program is updated.Opened the program and clicked on the globe-icon to start the update, but again it said program is updated. See attached screenshot (part of the program's window).Program's current installed version is 7.2.4971 and the today's update version is 7.2.5098.Rebooted and the icon in notification area gone. Checked the program for updates again, got the same answer, program is updated.Any explanation will be appreciated.Thanks
    Windows 10 x64, Win ver 18362.997

    Restoring Windows 10 Image using Macrium Reflect


    In addition to the above. Here's my suggestion in step by step.
    I assume you have Macrium Installed in your current HD and already made a backup copy.
    1. Connect your new HD via USB port and boot up.
    2. Run Macrium, click on Restore tab then select the Backup Image that you made to restore
    3. click on "select a different target disk" then select your new HD as destination

    4. Proceed to restore then Shutdown and disconnect the old HD and replace with the new HD
    5. Boot up with your new HD.

    This command has nothing to do with switching to GUI interface.
    bootmenupolicy standard ====> F8 safe mode disabled
    bootmenupolicy legacy ===> Enabled F8 to start in safe mode.

    Boot from Macrium Recovery. On the bottom

    1. click on the Computer icon and make sure that the drive letter of windows OS is C: to use in step 2. If not C: then use whatever the letter shown for Windows OS
    2. click on the command icon to open Admin command then type: bcdboot C:\windows
