Windows 10: Mouse Freezing in Most Games

My Logitech ergonomic mouse has the latest drivers and support software. It constantly freezes up very quickly after starting in almost all video games. It still remains functional when switching back to Windows with alt-tab or ctrl-alt-delete. This is obviously a Windows 10 problem, this NEVER happened playing the SAME games with the SAME hardware. The KEYBOARD AND GAME DO NOT FREEZE UP, just the mouse. I see that dozens of other people on here have had this problem, though I can't find a single one of them who had it resolved. What a surprise not!

Windows 10. To better assist you, we need the answers to the following questions:

• Aside from changing USB ports, did you use a different mouse to see if the same issue will occur while playing games?
• Have you tried checking the manufacturer's website for updated mouse drivers for
  Windows 10?
