    Hi,


    I have successfully uploaded videos to One Drive well my files in file explorer have a green tick next to them. Anyway they play fine in file explorer however are not playing when I access them online in One Drive. I get the following message:

    'sorry, there was a problem loading the video'


    The file extension is .m2ts - can someone please help. Thanks in advance. :

    That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

    At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

    Hi Mohd,

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

    I suggest you to check if Notification setting for One Drive Is turned on. Follow the steps below.

    • Click on Start button and Select Settings.
    • Select System and Click on Notification and Actions.
    • Click on Select which icon to appear on taskbar.
    • Turn on the notification for One Drive.
