Windows 10: My computer freezes and it takes 30 to 40 seconds to download anything.

I have been having multiple problems since recent Windows 10 updates. for the past several days, it takes 30 to 40 seconds to download anything. And, frequently, my screen turns blue and I get an error message that Windows needs to shut down and restart....nothing improves when that happens. Any suggestions?

Lumia 950 randomly Vibrates on every 30 to 40 seconds

I updated the phone and I've noticed that it vibrates on every 30 to 40 seconds as if I'm receiving a notification. I also noticed that it has not charged to 100% either. Is there a setting that was turned on?

 

PowerDVD 9 freezes on startup for 10 seconds

My problem is that my PowerDVD 9 freezes whole system for 5-10 seconds while starting. It happens on my HD monitor Samsung 240HD. But when I connect 40 inch 720p tv it works great. Please, can u suggest what the problem or give some link to fix.

Try the below suggested steps.

Method 1

1. Unplug all the external devices except Mouse and Keyboard.
   
2. Try to reboot the device and check the status of the issue.
   

Method 2

I would suggest you to perform Power drain by following the suggested steps.

1. Press and hold the Power Button down for 30-40 seconds.
   
2. Hold the Volume Rocker up and Power ON for almost 20 second.
   
3. Release the power button and wait for next 10-15 seconds.
   
4. Press the power button to turn on your Surface and check the status of the issue.
