Windows 10: Why can't I put some shortcuts/links on my top horizontal bar? Win 10

Here are my shortcut/links to the latest 'Moderators Requests' and 'Performance Issues - Bugs and Platform':





The 'Perform' has 10 spaces so why can't I put my link to 'Spam' on? It's only 7 spaces long. At the moment it's hidden in the> space on the right, before my "Other favourites".

If my Category/topics etc details are wrong, would a Moderator please move this to the appropriate place?TIA

Step 1: If you want to mark the particular link as favorite, follow the below steps.

• 
  Open the EDGE browser, click on the URL
  in the tab.
  
• 
  Click on the Star symbol at the top right corner of the
  URL bar.
  
• 
  Click on Add button, the link will be added to the
  favorites.
  
• 
  If you want to view the Favorite link, click on
  three horizontal line symbol on the top right corner of the EDGE browser and click on
  Star button.
  
• 
  Here you will be able to view all the Favorites links.

Step 2: Follow the below steps to change the fonts.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type
  Change Font settings in search bar and click on Change Font settings from the results on the search bar.
  
• 
  Check the box Allow fonts to be installed using shortcuts (advanced).
  And click on OK button.
  
• 
  Now again, Open the
  Start menu, type Fonts in search bar and click on Fonts from the results on the search bar.
  
• 
  Now you will be able to see all the Fonts on the font windows.
  
• 
  Click on any Font you like, drag and drop the font to the desktop to create the shortcut.
  
• 
  Go to the Desktop, double click the font shortcut.
  
• 
  Click on Install open the font windows.
  

Step 3: Follow the below steps to change the colors.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type
  Settings in search bar and click on Settings from the results on the search bar.
  
• 
  Click on Personalization.
  
• 
  Select the colors.
  
• 
  Here you can personalize the
  colors.

Windows 10 commands/shortcuts/env. var.

I didn't see on your list using Win-X to bring up the basic setup of system tools like the original control panel, easy access to device manager, etc. not technically a list of commands, but at least a shortcut *Smile

I hate the fact that the control panel classic is missing from windows 10. My work around was simply to type in control panel in the start menu search bar and then pin the resulting control panel shortcut to the start menu quick access panel or taskbar

I think I'm unwilling to change with the times *Smile
