  1. odd scaling issue/resolution issues

i made a post maybe 3 days ago here i got some things figured out and others still no clue, but i finally got good help from a ms advisor. during a screen share i unplugged my tv that i use as a monitor, they said the res changed back to normal so i plugged it in and it became stretched once more so hoping that can be a clue or rather something someone here knows how to fix besides a windows wipe(but really they always take a hour or two to tell me what i already know and just say wipe when they can't help anyone else get that?)
