  1. Windows 10 re-install

I was working on my PC and it suddenly started restarting to display "Your pc ran into a problem". I ran the HP health test and everything was fine. Then, I tried to restore the system back to the restore point I created, but at the finish of the restore nothing happened so I force restarted my PC but that didn't solve any problems, so I tried to reset my pc while preserving all my personal files. All was going fine and now it has been stuck on 88% for the last 1 hour or so.

What should I do? Please advice.

Also, my PC had been ridiculously slow for the past 2-3 days. My PCHP 15gdr006tx specs are:

    1. Intel i5 8th gen

    2. 8 GB ram

    3. 4 GB Nvidia GraphicsMX 110

    :)

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
