Windows 10: Problem with my laptop

Hi,

i have a problem with my laptop, it doesn't open the windows, the problem is : when i turn on the power of laptop, it loads and this message appears " preparing automatic repair" after that, it says "windows defender offline" and then, the panel of windows defender opens and scans files automatically , after scanning, it turns off , and repeating the same thing.. There are no options to select.. Just update and quick scan.

Now, when i turns on the power, it loads but without scanning without the panel of windows defender..

Just turn on and then turn off



What should i do?

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
