Windows 10: May Windows 2004 update not offered...it's September

I just ran a slew of 1909 updates and thought the 2004 update would be offered right afterwards. It was not. The only outstanding issue I see is connected with Conexant audio drivers but I use Realtek. Is there a way to figure out why my computer is ruled "incompatible" or do I have to wait a bit for MicroSoft's servers to catch up?


I don't want to force an upgrade if I will have issues. But I would like a chance to figure out what is wrong with my computer that it isn't offered.

Its September 22nd 2020 and Windows 2004 update still not offered , I am using windows enterprise edition 64 bit, 4 core i7 3.4 GHZ processor with 24GB RAM, enough disk space, Intel 4000 integrated graphics what is the reason for blocking ??

 

The license stop working after the september update for 2004

Hi my laptop has a clean install of Windows 10 Pro Education 2004 with the corresponding license, at some point at the beginning of September it start to ask for the license saying "We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was already
used on another device. Error code: 0xC004C020" I haven't use this key on any other machine, and I had use this license sense v.1903 and update to v.1909 with no trouble, but I had to make a clean install of v.2004 in July becase of a OS fail in v.1909 (random
blue screens). when I install the OS it allow me to use the same activation key and work fine until this mount. Any suggestions on how to fixit?
