  1. Is there a way to keep one window always maximized?

Let's say I often use one window or software most of the time and I want to have quick access to its open window with one shortcut. I don't want it to keep it always on top, but I want it to remain maximized after I minimize all other windows (Win+M or pressing the "show desktop from the taskbar). This way I don't have to keep on looking for it each time and it would appear in front of me with a simple click. is there any way to do that? it would be a welcome functionality if for example I hold CTRL+click on the maximize icon to keep it always maximized. your opinions? any suggestions?

    Follow the instructions here.

If it is not listed in the Control Panel, or cannot be removed there, skip to the next step. HitmanPro may not be needed.
