Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource DNS server is...

I noticed last night that I was unable to access sites because they kept timing out and hopped it wouldn't be a problem today. Now if I try to download stuff it is downloading in literal bytes and I can't access like half the sites I normally can because they keep timing out. I have done everything I have found from setting my Ip and DNS to automatic then to put in the Google DNS numbers to all the command prompt stuff. I have tried calling my internet provider but after multiple hours they finally told me it is on my end and I'm at the end of my rope. I think the only option I have left is to do a factory install and I hate the idea of having to get back all of my stuff. What makes it weird though is the fact I can still watch youtube videos and access some sites like Microsoft. Please help me if you can

    :)

    Please help me

My laptop has an extremely week internet signal, like one bar only. I think there may be issues with my network adaptor. When running the troubleshooting wizard, It says there are no problems.
