Windows 10: Windows 10 Volume License Help

Hey everyone, Good day i hope you could help me, about 4 weeks ago (i think) , i was looking for laptops in Facebook Market because i really needed it for my online classes. But then a few days ago, an error kept popping so frequently every hour that sometimes it affects my classes. I did a lot of online research before coming here. I tried everything i could: the slmg -rearm thingy, uninstalled, cleared, troubleshoot and reentered the license, i stopped the services that allows the error to pop up. Same thing happened to a friend of mine a while back, after the license finally expired, his laptop just wouldn't even boot up anymore , i am afraid that it will happen i just wanna be able to study properly that's why i bought this laptop at a cheap price. Did i get ripped off? is this a fake license? is there anything else i can do to fix it? please send help, i just need this for my studies sorry for my bad english. sorry to sound desperate it's just that this laptop was all of my savings when i was still working before the pandemic.

Windows 10 upgrade license

Hello guys,

I have 1 license of WIndows 8.1 FPP/retail license. I want to upgrade to WIndows 10, but I one thing is unclear to me.
If I upgrade, will WIndows 10 license be retail or it will "turn" into some sort of OEM license?

I ask this because I upgrade my PC, you know, more memory, replace HDD, and I intend to upgrade the MB and CPU to Kaby Lake platform sometime in the future, (and of course sell the replaced hardware)
This thing is not clearly mentioned anywhere.

My apologies if my question seems shallow!

Is it possible to do Volume Licensing for Windows 10 Pro?

If the answer is YES, how can one go about it in simple steps? Am a novice at this, so kindly guide me through the entire steps.
