Windows 10: Transparency Effects not working

I can't seem to get transparency effects to work. It's happened since updating to the insider 20H2 build, which I know is an insider build but it doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else over there. This happened a couple of months ago too, but the issue seemed to disappear after a while. The issue doesn't seem to affect the taskbar. I have TranslucentTB installed but disabled it for the screenshots. I also have TaskbarX installed to centre the icons, and turning it off doesn't change the transparency.

I've tried changing some registry keys from this post but have had no luck. I've also tried to make sure all my drivers are updated, again with nothing.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hello,

I've just installed a windows 10 and when selecting the option of Transparency Effect in the Personalization settings my taskbar became totally invisible and transparent, which is a very pretty looking thing. However, after restarting my laptop, it just became
normal, I tried to switch the Transparency Effect on and off but still, nothing changes. Any solution for this?

After a recent update in Windows 10, I am seeing that every time I open my laptop the transparency effect of the task bar turns to a deep blue color. When i check in the settings it shows that the transparency effect is still on. Is this some kind of bug,
please help.

I have came across with an issue in windows 10. I can't seem to get transparency effects to work, it only works for a second and makes it a solid color again.
