I've opted out of answering polls, because it appears to be more a marketing ploy, rather than a public opinion poll. Are you simply a marketing company for advertisers, or are you interested in taking real answers from people on questions of substance about politics or issues of governance. Thank you, Bonnie Devine

    Poll questions

    Hi there,

This is Wil, one of the independent advisor, an expert with Windows 10 and a fellow Windows 10 user like you.

May I ask for the link to the poll that you are answering. If the question would require an answer but you don't have any idea about what to put on it because you don't use it, I would suggest to place an N/A comment on it or just mention that you're not using
it. But can you please provide me the link first of the poll soI can examine it?

    Thanks,

    Wilfred P.

    Poll questions

Wil, I don't know. It was just one of your polls that popped up. It's not that actual poll, it's the concept. When you ask questions about a specific product or service, and all you offer are 5 answers: strongly agree, somewhat agree, neutral (I forget what
the actual response possibility was), somewhat disagree, or strongly disagree, there is no response for N/A or I have never used the product or service. Neutral or No Opinion is not a proper response because it implies that the responder has used the product
    or service.

Your poll was about Sprint and I have never used Sprint so there was no appropriate answer for me.
