    "Npcap Loopback Adapter" doesn't have a valid IP configuration

    Every time I boot up my PC I do not have any internet connection and when I run the network diagnostics I am always given this reason: "Npcap Loopback Adapter" doesn't have a valid IP configuration. I have tried some fixes to this including uninstalling
    nmap and making sure my drivers are updated, but none of them have been permanent. I'm just looking for a permanent fix to this problem. my network diagnostics stats, as well as ipconfig /all information, are below.

    EDIT: Please note that I typed everything from the diagnostics onto here because it could not let me copy & paste

    I performed this process and found it only disabled Npcap Loopback Adapter.

    Yes, i think the Npcap Loopback Adapter appeared after the Creators Update if I’m not mistaken.

    Do you know what it is & what does it do?
