  1. tiworker.exe

I'm having a real issue with tiworker.exe windows module installer its constantly running at 60% CPU usage and is causing worrying CPU temps when I'm using my PC for games, strangely though when i open task manager it stops and usage returns to about 2-4%. Temperatures when running PC games are about 95degrees C this horribly close to the tjmax and with liquid cooling! This should give you an idea of how much the CPU is being overworked. I can open resource monitor and terminate but it keeps coming back, i find it ridiculous that Microsoft would create a process that would require such stupidly high CPU time. I basically can't use my PC for its intended purpose which is running games. I've tried all the recommended fixes including the cmd line stuff. I've run DISM and sfc and the system image is fine, nothing works!! If i set it to manual start in services, it does whatever the hell it wants and starts anyway, if i disable it, it starts anyway. Nothing but issue after issue with Win 10! Worst OS in the windows series by far. Iv'e run many security scans using various anti virus and anti malware apps just and found nothing.

If this keeps up my CPU life span is going to be very short. I've basically now got a very expensive media centre because that's about all its good for at the moment.

specs are i7 CPU 16gb of RAM Corsair liquid cooler and 1050ti GPU

If anyone could help I'd be most grateful because I'm banging my head of a brick wall here.

    :)
