Windows 10: store wont open

Hi. While doing updates in late August laptop lost wifi connection, tried numerous fixes still had "secured no internet" but could surf web. also noted that on 24th Sept that windows was running Enterprise and not 10 pro. which I did not install. I fixed wifi by restoring through back up but then I could not open store no app displayed in Apps in settings tried "msreset. exe" no fix also one in powershell admin powershell said couldn't run. decided then to run restore through cloud it has installed the cloud app apps in settings but still won't open tried the same fixes but no fix and still running Enterprise.

I suggest you to run the Windows store app
troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Windows Store app.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

If issue persist, kindly follow the steps and check if it works. The below steps will reset the Windows store cache.

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter

Restart the Store app, check if issue is resolved.

For us to properly assist you with accessing Windows Store, we would like to gather the following information for us to provide an appropriate solution:

• On what device are you trying to access Windows Store?
• Where you able to access or open the Windows Store before?
• Have you made any changes or installed any updates prior to the issue?
  

If you're accessing it on a PC, we suggest that you reset the Windows Store. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click Windows key and click Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type WSReset.exe and hit Enter.

After that, Windows Store will open. You should receive a message saying The cache for the Store was cleared. You can now browse the Store for apps.

Microsoft Store wont open

i did these steps. and Windows Store Service isn't showing up on the list at all
