Windows 10: Several BSOD while playing games ntoskrnl.exe

Hi! In the last few days I have suffered for several BSOD while playing Genshin Impact. Until then I was playing without any problem in ultra settings, other recent games in ultra seem don't seem to produce a blue screen. I used BlueScreenView to try to find the root of the problem, the driver ntoskrnl.exe is apparent the culprit. Minidumps.


I already checked if there was any problem with the memory, search for new Windows updates, updated all drivers. I don't overclock and only use MSI Afterburner for checking temperature and frames, I was NOT using this program while the BSODs occurred. I later checked if it was a temperature issue and my GPU was in a stable 65ºC 149°F while playing.


As an additional note, after a few BSODs the pc would loop on the restart, turning itself off and on. Forcing me to unplug it. After a while off it would start normally.


I'm not able to find any way to fix the problem by myself. So any help would be welcomed. Thank you!

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.
• Remove faulty sticks of RAM.

BSOD When playing games

• Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.
