    I am having issues with imvu it says the program is not compatible but it was compatible before the recent update when I try to open it the process is suspended i can't interabt with the program at all but to end the task in the task manager I have tried to uninstall and reinstall with no change

    Please reply with the following details to assist you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps:



    • Are you trying to install IMVU app? If yes, how are you trying to install IMVU?
    • On which platform are you trying to install IMVU?


    I see that IMVU is available for Android and website. As you have mentioned that you are unable to get the application, I would suggest you to get in touch with the
    IMVU support team and they will help you with the appropriate details.

    Hi there! I have been having Trouble with Not opening IMVU, But when it does open, You know how you got too unlock the features? Well, My dressup feature is black which means I got too unlock it but when I go to click it .. it wont work .. There is no
    lock or unlock sign in the corner.. where there SHOULD be one
