Windows 10: Blue Screen Re: Stop Code System Service Exception, What failed: Ndu.sys in Windows 10

I just got a blue screen error from Windows 10 that reads as follows:


Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.

It didn't list my particular error but the whole thought of getting into Windows Recovery Environment so I can get into Safe Mode as it suggests for me to do makes me vary wary.

I just did a refresh on Mozilla Firefox and yesterday I installed Iolo's System Mechanic. The only other new software is a genealogy program I installed a few days ago called RootsMagic. Other than that I don't know what could be causing this other than the usual culprit - Windows itself.


Ugh. Anyone have this blue screen happen to them? Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this? My laptop boots etc but Ive had issues with Windows Updates in the past messing my laptop up. It never used to hang or gives me 'not responding' messages until I fell into Windows Update hell.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

What failed: SPUVCbv x64.sys Suggested I contact support. Any ideas? After loading Zoom it gives me a blue screen with this message.

My new (Less than 1 months use) Omen Computer has had 6 blue screen stop code error messages. The Stop Code: System Service Exception: What failed: cldflt.sys comes up. It says that windows will be restarted by Microsoft but guess what. IT DOESN'T. What
is the problem: The computer has Microsoft Windows 10 Home Edition Version 10.0.18362, Build 13862. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Operating System. When Windows OS starts running in your computer, the programs that contain ntkrnlmp.exe will be executed and loaded into RAM and runs there as a NT Kernel & System process.



In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
  winver in Windows search/Run command)
  
• What is the make and model of the PC?
  
• Are you aware of any changes, prior to this issue?
