Windows 10: Missing file issue

Hello. I booted up my latest project in Wondershare Filmora and most of my footage is missing as if it can't locate the pathway. Most of the footage used in the project is stored in an external hard drive and all of the files that are missing are kept there. When I try to relocate the footage, the folder it's stored in appears empty, but it's not. The file explorer Filmora opens to relocate says that it's empty "no items match your search", but when I myself open file explorer the footage is all in the folder it's supposed to be.

When the problem first occurred both the external hard drive and a micro SD card had been inserted in the computer. I think the fact that the hard drive and the SD card had been inserted at the same time caused Filmora to think that the files are missing. I have tried to restart the computer. Despite this, I can't get Filmora to locate the files, can anyone help?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

• What task are you trying to do every time that you get the error code “missing file rtl160.bpl?”
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?
