Windows 10: Takes about 5 minutes to establish internet connection

Hi.
Windows 10 on latest available build.

Running wired to my Asus RT-AX88U router.

When I turn on my PC and log in to my user (or any user), I see I have no internet connection.
I log in to my router's admin page and the router shows it's already connected and was never disconnected.

My IPv4 settings on my PC are set to auto.
Asus router settings were not changed.

This is a relatively new issue since the last windows update.

I have no idea how to troubleshoot this. Previously, the moment I saw the LogOn screen, I has internet connection.

Can someone please help?

My internet connection keeps shutting down after 3-5 minutes into or in the middle of a transaction....what is wrong??

HELP!

My connections on the internet with sending in orders, or banking, or paying bills, keeps shutting down after about 3-5 minutes any suggestions????

Hi,
I have trouble automatically establishing a WiFi internet connection on a public server. Secure connection or that made to a private host with password do occur automatically. Public domains like that in the library do not occur automatically. There are several ways in which I could establish same, disconnect/reconnect wifi driver, change connection from metered to not, rebooting (only works if the boot is from zero or if last boot used was a different OS), and sometimes nothing seems to establish a network connection. When the nothing works, time pass will automatically establish internet connection. The time past I don't have a good record of maybe 15 minutes to half hour. This is not just windows 10, win7 behaved the same. WiFi connects to public domains but doesn't establish an internet connection.
I don't have control over the WiFi internet connection. I would like to get it.

Windows Update can't establish connection

After a long time I could finally find a solution to this problem!

Today I was reading some posts in Reddit about Windows 10 apps having problems establishing connection, and found a user that could solve all problems with a certain tool.

Download and install it, follow all 5 steps listed in the program, and then run the repairs in safe mode.

After doing the repair install 2 months ago no apps where able to connect (before that only Edge could connect).

Today, after running the above program, I opened the Store, Edge, and Windows Update, and to my surprise every app could connect succesfuly with no errors.
