    Minecraft 1.16.3 freezes my PC upon launch


    I recently built a new PC and when i launch Minecraft 1.16.3 my computer freezes up. I’ve tried reinstalling my graphics card driver and also getting a driver recommended by windows, i also tried the Windows memory diagnostic tool and it found no problems. I ran command prompt as administrator and tried "sfc /scannow" and it found no problems. I am also running Minecraft with mods like Optifine and sometimes fabric with the fabric api and Wurst client and sometimes also Forge 1.16.3.

    My PC has a RoG strix Z390-H gaming motherboard, a 600W power supply 16GB of RAM, an Intel i5 CPU,

    a Radeon RX 570 series graphics card, one SSD and one HDD drive, a tower cooling system

    in a relatively small case though. Also the PC sometimes but very rarely freezes on other

    things but not on any other games.

    Minecraft freezes computer

    When I launch Minecraft, CPU starts working hard and freezes my
    computer. Thus I need to shut down my PC and then reboot it. This issue occurs only with Minecraft

    1. Do you receive any error message/code while trying to use Minecraft Launcher?
    2. Which version of Windows is installed on your PC?
    3. Are you playing Minecraft game downloaded from Windows Store or is it the desktop version?
