Windows 10: Temp account created during login

The other day Windows scared the crap out of me.

The usual PIN screen as always, entering it gave a blue screen error (not bsod, just full blue screen) saying something like Login provider not available. Tried again, same thing. Tried with regular password, same.

No worries, reboot.

PIN worked this time, then I got the “setting up your account” screen, odd, but I assumed 20H2 was installed. Nope. Full default Windows 10.

I checked the c:\users folder and saw that there are two new profile folders, TEMP.computer-name and TEMP.computer-name.000. None of my programs were there, but it did get my Microsoft avatar somehow, that threw me off initially.

I was able to simply log out and switch to my original profile.

Is this a thing? Are there any steps that I should take? Should I be concerned for the health of my system?

pls help I'm trying to recreate the temp account glitch all the time so i can login into a temp account whenever i want

 

Unable to create account

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

To understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• How are you trying to access this option?
• Do you have any other accounts that you are able to login?

Try to Enable the Hidden Admin account:

From Login Screen try the below steps.

• 
  On the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down
  while you select Power > Restart
  (in the lower-right corner of the screen).
  
• 
  After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
  Troubleshoot > Advanced options >
  
• Click on Command Prompt, type the command and click
  enter.

• 
  net user Administrator /active:yes
  (there is a space after administrator)
  

Restart the computer to login to admin account
and then create new user account and check.

Temp Accounts Being Created

When I log in to my account, MS or local, a Temporary Account keeps getting created. Also a Temp folder under Users folder. Which is empty. This has been an ongoing problem for a month and is very annoying. I have to log out, then restart my system in order
to clear out the Temp account. And when the Temp account is created, it flags me that my files and folders are inaccessable. I have created new accounts per Microsoft to clear up this problem and nothing seems to resolve the probem. I even did a reset of
the system and still this problem exist.
