Windows 10: Local Launch Permission errors preceed or follow display driver errors

I keep seeing these three entries either before or after the display driver errors of something like amd or nvl has stopped and recovered successfully. What is causing these and how can I resolve it? I've disabled DCOM through registry and rebooted and they still appear. These 3 errors occur few minutes before after the display driver crash which is making games crash to the desktop.

10016 error

Immersive Shell 10016 permission errors for my account name periodically pop up in Event Viewer, listing various store programs. In the registry, the system and my admin, personal and user accounts have full control for all CLSID and APPID entries.

In the Component Services administrative tool those accounts and Local Service have been added to the Launch and Activations section under the security tab and given local launch permission. Yet the error persists.

No, normal operation is not affected; it's simply an annoyance.

 

Solutions for Display driver errors

I was having some problems with my ATI 4850 drivers for awhile they were giving my BSOD (blue screen of death) for about a month.I was only getting Bosd in games like warcraft and cod. I realized I didn't have Universal plug in play on my bios enabled after I enabled that I did the following.

If your having Display driver crashes here are somethings to check. Go to Adminstrive tools in the control panel Double click it and go to your computer management icon. Once there click system tools and go to device manager. After go to device manage and click display adapters. Once you click your card right click and hit properties. After that click update driver.
