Windows 10: ASUS BE24EQK Not Detected

I have connected a new monitor with built in web cam to my laptop. The usual laptop cam works fine, but I cannot detect nor findthe ASUS built in camera. I have followed ASUS how to connect and it still does not activate the camera. The camera app in windows does not show the camera either, only the laptop. Help anyone? Thanks.

No Battery Is Detected error on ASUS Laptop

My Asus battery says no battery is detected even after I followed these same steps. I have tried a lot of different ways but it still shows the same thing. What do I do?

Windows phone is not detecting

I suggest you to connect the phone to another computer and check if it gets detected. Also, check if the phone gets detected by connecting with a different USB cable.

I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
  
• Click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.
