Windows 10: Missing File

I am very upset because I have been able to use my printer very well. However, a couple of days ago when I went to print a Word document I was unable to print it and have been unable to print ever since. I am now getting a message that this particular file cannot be found:


C:Files\WindowsApps\AD2F1837.HPPrinterControl_121.1.193.0_x6_v10z8vjag6ke\HPPrintScanDoctorExt.exe


When I searched for it, I was either told that it cannot be found, or it was moved or deleted. This is total nonsense to me because I certainly haven't gone anywhere to delete it or move it and I definitely had no reason to do either. I am so frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!

Burning Files To cdr

I tried to drag a .txt file to the burn list, as suggested above, but it will not drop in. I get a message "+add to burn list" but I cannot get it to drop into the burn list. Is there another step I am missing?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

For us to isolate the issue, we will need to ask you a few questions:

• What task are you trying to do every time that you get the error code “missing file rtl160.bpl?”
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
