Windows 10: Factory reset?

Is there a way to factory reset my laptop i was updating windows10 and now I can't get into my laptop I just get the choose an option screen with only options being troubleshoot or turn off pc. Once in troubleshoot i have the options system restore (doesn't work tells me to specify windows installation), go back to the previous version (doesn't work), startup repair (doesn't work tells me repair couldn't repair your pc), and system image recovery ( tells me windows cannot find a system image on this computer). I don't care if I lose the data just need my computer for a new job. Thanks in advance.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
