How do I install additional languages in Windows 10, and translate documents to other languages than English ?

I understand that you would like to uninstall the language pack that’s added in the language bar.
It would be great if you can answer these questions to assist you in a better way.

• Which language pack is installed on the PC?
  
• Is the installed language pack set as default?
  

It is very unusual that language pack gets installed automatically. Let’s try this easy way to uninstall the language packs from the PC.

Method 1:

1. Press Windows key + R. This will open
   Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for
   Run.
   
2. In Run dialog box, type
   lpksetup and hit
   Enter.
   
3. Click on Uninstall display languages.
   
4. Select the language packs you want to uninstall and click on
   Next
   

Method 2:

If the issue persist, I suggest you refer and follow the suggestions provided by
Tiero Chi dated Replied on May 5, 2018
and check if it you are able to uninstall the language from the PC.

To set English as default language in keyboard setting, follow these steps, mentioned below:

• Type Settings
  on the search bar, and then tap on
  Settings tab.
  
• Tap or click Time and language, and then tap or click
  Region and language, and then tap or click Add a language.
  
• Browse for the English language, and then, tap or click it to add it to your language list.

To set English as default language in language settings, follow these steps, mentioned below:

1. Type language in the search bar on desktop of Windows 10, then click on
Add a language tab in the language Window.

2. Click on English tab in the Add a language Window, then double click on
English (United States) to add to change your language preferences in the
language Window under Control panel.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
