Windows 10: YouTube slow

Hello,

I have two Windows 10(20H2) 64-bit PCs connected to my LAN via Cat 6 Ethernet.

Over the past month I have noticed that certain random YouTube videos are slow and constantly buffer on either PC during 5-12 at night. Running the videos at the lowest quality doesnt help and checking the Stats for nerds shows the connection speed fluctuating. My main browser is Firefox using uBlock Origin, but I have tried other browsers including Chrome and Edge chromium without add-ons.

I assumed it might be because of peak times and the speed might be being throttled, but the same videos play fine on my Apple TV and iPhone(both using 5ghz Wi-Fi). I have not had any issues with throttling in the past. My connection isnt being maxed out during this time. A speed test showed that I am getting full speed over Ethernet. What I dont understand is why it is only certain videos and not the entire website

I am not using any bandwidth management and I have checked the Cat 6 patch cables to make sure they are not faulty. I doubt it has anything to do with my router as the only issue is with YouTube.

Games, downloads and other websites are fine.

Since you have upgraded to Windows 10 recently, the drivers might not be updated to the latest available. If the drivers are not updated or if the drivers are corrupted, you may find issues like this.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
